As a development of the Attainable Home Ownership Program, a not-for-profit subsidiary of the City of Calgary, the project is intended to offer well-appointed, market quality homes for individuals and families who have historically been priced out of the housing market.
The project is composed of 31 units arranged in two linear blocks separated by an internal courtyard. A two-storey townhouse base supports two floors of apartment style units above. The townhouse base maintains the integrity of the street edge, and increases the number of doors on the street. The courtyard layout facilitates double-exposure units which enjoy additional daylighting and views.
