CM-1

Inspired by the soaring peaks and ridge lines of the Rocky Mountains surrounding the development, CM1 takes on a continuous, but varying peaked form, inspired by the character of the local mountains.

The development is a mixed-use building composed of 6 visitor accommodation units (VA’s) and a commercial retail unit offering an outdoor amenity space that activates the southern triangular corner of the site.

The project is presented with 360° panoramic views of Mount Fable, Mount Rundle and the Three Sisters ranges. Each unit takes advantage of the uninterrupted mountain views via their unit’s private amenity space, immersing visitors in a tailored view of the Rocky Mountains that surround them.
