Olive

Olive is a 27 unit condominium complex in Calgary’s inner city, and was one of the first new developments for the Bridges, a then new community located on the site of the former General Hospital.

Three storey live/work condominium units, and two-storey units above commercial back onto a central courtyard, creating a ‘neighbourhood within a neighbourhood’. Each unit has a front door on the street, encouraging street activity and contributing to the pedestrian realm of the new community.
